The entire Management of the institute is done by the registar of the institute,Shri Manishbhai P.Makwana and Singing Intument Department administrator Shri Mehulbhai D.seth Morbi and Ms.Harshaben Thakkar Rajkot, Administrator,Department of Dance.in addition,a total of 129(one hundred  twenty nine)  Centers are Functioning in Gujarat,and the Country and abroad under Akhil Gujarat Sangeet Vidhyapith,

From Sangeet Preliminary Examination,Sangeet Visharad,Sangeet Alankar I,Sangeet Alankar Purna,Sangeet Gainacharya (Pravin) Apart From This Vocational Courses Like Teacher Charter,Shiksha Visharad and Shiksha Parangat etc.in Musical Instruments,dance,Soft music and Even Folk dance,all the examinations from beginner to early are conducted by the institute,allthe policy reles regarding the examination and the following courses such as singing,playing instruments,table,dance (kathak and bharatnatyam)sugam sangeet,folk dance etc given in the book.Which Can be obtained from www.akhilgujaratsangeetvidhyapith.org

Examination Inspection and Evolution by the Institute and all the administrative work is done not only by the institute but also by organizing workshops,Training Classes(training classes) misic and dance Programs by different artists etc.online examination when written examination,practical examination is required are also done.
